• Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Setting 5.5 on Fellow Opus)
• Water Temperature: 97°C
• Dose/Yield: 15 grams coffee to 250 grams water
• Brew Time: 3:10 - 3:30 minutes

Brewing Steps

1. Begin with a 50-gram bloom, swirling for 35 seconds.
2. At 0:35, pour up to 125 grams.
3. At 1:10, pour up to 200 grams.
4. At 1:45, finish pouring up to 250 grams.
