Grind Size: Coarse (Setting 8 on Fellow Opus or equivalent)
Water Temperature: 93°C
Dose/Yield: 18 gram coffee to 300 gram water
Brew Time: 4:00 – 8:00 minutes
Brewing Steps
Add 18g of coarsely ground coffee to your French Press.
Pour 300g of hot water (93°C) evenly over the grounds.
Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
Place the lid on with the plunger pulled up and let it steep for 4 minutes (the longer, the better).
Slowly press the plunger down and pour immediately to enjoy.
