The Huila region, nestled between the Central and Eastern Andes and divided by the Magdalena River, boasts nitrogen-rich soils and ideal growing conditions. These factors, combined with the expertise of smallholder producers, result in a coffee that is rich and complex. • Equipment: Espresso Machine
• Grind Size: Fine
• Water Temperature: 93°C
• Dose/Yield: 18-gram coffee to 36-gram yield (1:2 ratio)
• Brew Time: 25-30 seconds

Steps:

1. Grind 18-gram of coffee to a fine consistency.
2. Distribute evenly in the portafilter and tamp firmly.
3. Lock the portafilter into the machine and start the extraction.
4. Aim for a 36-gram yield in 25-30 seconds.
